Located in beautiful Vernon, BC, our family-run farm is home to Kirsten and Larry Lazeski and their growing flock of sheep. They're out in the field every day, feeding, checking, scratching, fixing, fussing and generally making sure everyone is happy and healthy.
We believe happy sheep are productive sheep, and good animal care starts with knowing your flock.

Our farm is home to a growing flock of St. Croix, White Dorper and Royal White sheep.
We're raising sheep for two things: quality breeding stock for sheep producers and healthy lamb for meat production.
We're members of the BC Sheep Farmers Association and are building our flock with long-term breeding goals in mind.

Our sheep are raised with hands-on care, plenty of time outdoors and a focus on healthy, productive animals. We feed non-GMO grain and do not use added growth hormones.
We believe good animal care, good nutrition and a low-stress environment all contribute to a healthy flock.

We chose these breeds because they bring qualities we value in a productive, pasture-oriented flock, including maternal ability, hardiness, forage efficiency, growth and meat characteristics.

Our breeds.
Our flock is built around St. Croix and White Dorper genetics, two breeds that complement each other beautifully. The cross of these two breeds is called a Royal White.
St. Croix bring hardiness, strong maternal traits, excellent foraging ability and natural parasite resistance, while White Dorpers are known for their muscling, growth and strong meat characteristics. Together, they give us a solid foundation for producing healthy, productive sheep for both breeding and meat.
We focus on sound genetics, good conformation, healthy sheep and practical production traits, while keeping temperament and ease of handling in mind. We want sheep that can thrive in our environment, make good mothers and produce quality lambs.
Commercial Lamb
Our St. Croix and White Dorper crosses are also well suited to commercial lamb production, combining the strengths of both breeds to produce lean, well-muscled lamb with good growth and excellent meat characteristics. Royal White hair-bred lamb is known for its naturally lean meat, mild flavour and smooth texture, making it a great choice for the table.
For producers, the combination also offers practical advantages: good growth, strong meat yield and less excess fat and bone, which means more of what you're raising ends up on the plate. That's good news for both the customer and the farmer.
